Unfortunately the quality of the breakfast is not constant. Bread rolls are not always fresh and the Ovstsalat also exists in summer, when the range of fresh fruit is large, always partly from canned fruit. Otherwise you sit here very nicely and the service is friendly and perfect.

the kässpatzen are especially recommended on hot days! the sorbet rounds off the menu perfectly. I was served by extremely nice waitresses Mate and Elena. To be recommended! If a café is tasty, the ice cream parlor is really solid.

Despite Corona a very relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately the card is extremely limited, but otherwise everything is very satisfactory.

It has been a while now, but I still remember our breakfast buffet well. It was my wife's birthday and I wanted to offer her a little surprise on the way from Augsburg to Irsee Abbey. The selection of food and drinks on offer, warm and cold, was quite good and varied. Not cheap, but still okay. The service was good at all times.

The location is excellent in the middle of the city. The outdoor area is very cozy, right next to it are water features, nice for coffee and linger. The breakfast menu is extensive and delicious! The tarte flambée there are also highly recommended. The waitress is friendly until she can take the orders sometimes take it.

I spent a good bit of time in the area for vacation. This cafe made me feel like home. The staff are friendly and accommodating (even to an American whose spoken Deutsch is EXTREMELY limited). Not to mention, the coffee drinks always delivered. They DO have great Wifi (W-Lan) and they never seemed to have issues with my staying for extended periods of time. If you are in Augsburg, make the short trip to Burgwalden for a nature walk, and then on your way out stop at The Cafe-Bistro Kanape! It's in the town marketplace and it is well worth your time. Try the Cheesecake!
